The House
Constructed in 2011 and renovated in 2018, Caribe is designed to be your home away from home, except this time with a full-time staff to handle all the chores, cleaning, and cooking. Five bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, two living areas, a dining room, and four terraces allows the house to host up to 12 guests at a time with ease. The house sits on an acre of landscaped grounds and comes with a pool, two outdoor cabanas, and a large front yard which allows guests to find some peace and quiet even in a full house.

ADA Accessibility
When the house was re-built in 2011 we wanted my grandparents to continue to enjoy the house without having to worry about getting around. Today, Caribe has a master bedroom at ground level, complete with en-suite ADA compliant bathroom and wheel-in shower. The rest of the ground floor, including the outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean, pool area, and main cabana, are all wheelchair-accessible.
